La Marquesa Ten Suites Canteras is located just 400 meters from Las Canteras Beach and is an exclusive five-story holiday building with 10 modern and bright studio apartments, recently built, ideal for tourism or business. With a private entrance and elevator, comfort and privacy are our priorities. We use a self-check-in process, allowing you to access your apartment privately, conveniently, and easily, at any time and without waiting.

All studio apartments feature:

• Fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favourite dishes without having to worry about meal times: induction hob, microwave with grill, Italian coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster, large fridge with freezer, frying pans, pots and kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery and more.

• Sleeping area with two 90 cm single beds with high-quality mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows and soft bedding. There is also a sofa bed, making it ideal for accommodating a child or enjoying a moment of relaxation. We have free cots and high chairs available, subject to availability.

• Work and leisure area with high-speed Wi-Fi with 500 MB download speed, stable, fast and reliable, 45″ Full HD flat-screen SMART TV, where you can enjoy your favourite series, films and music with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Max, Disney+ and more.

• Modern and functional bathroom equipped with a rain shower with screen, spacious and accessible at floor level, hairdryer and washing machine.

Located in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, close to restaurants, shops and cultural attractions such as the Mercado del Puerto, the Poema del Mar Aquarium, Las Canteras Beach, the port area and the Elder Museum of Science and Technology, it is perfect for exploring the city or relaxing by the sea.

Check-in times

• Check-in from 4pm onwards.
• Check-out by 11am.

Request early check-in or late check-out if required and we will do our best to accommodate you for an additional charge of €15.

Payment methods:

• 50% of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking confirmation (card details will be requested for payment).
• 50% will be charged automatically at the end of the free cancellation period, i.e. 5 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 6 days before the date of arrival: The customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
• 5 days or less before arrival or no-show: The customer is not entitled to a refund of the money paid.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning:

Additional cleaning during your stay can be requested at an extra cost of €35, which includes a change of sheets and towels.

Rates for children

A maximum of one child up to the age of 14 stays free of charge. Children aged 15 and over will be counted as adults in the accommodation rate, so if you are bringing a child under the age of 14, it is not necessary to add them to the number of people, but please mention this in the comments section of the booking so that we can prepare the sofa bed and towels.

Building rules.

• No smoking inside the flat or by the window.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• Quiet hours: 8 p.m. to 9 a.m.
• Towels and sheets may not be taken outside the accommodation or used on the beach.
