The Madroño Holiday Home

If you’re looking for somewhere central in Valleseco to get to know the town that stays green all year round, or as a base from which to set off on a different route each day along the many paths the town’s area boasts, this is the place for you. The Madroño Holiday Home is right in the old part of Valleseco, just a few yards away from the church, the Auditorium, the Organic Market and the Ethnographic Museum, which also houses the tourist information office. Ideal for couples, it has a bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. Free wifi! Pets are not allowed.

The Madroño Holiday Home is within a very quiet residential building, with only a few neighbours; it’s on the first floor, alongside the Orquídea Holiday Home. It has a lower floor with an extra bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave,  washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and the main bathroom, which includes a bath.

You’re only a few minutes’ walk away from the town’s supermarkets and shops, restaurants, bank, post office, chemist’s and the Town Hall. The very best way to get to know Valleseco, “apple town”, and all its hidden corners: come and stay here.

Availability

Minimum stay: 2 nights

We accept short-stay bookings in our properties, although stays of less than 4 nights cannot be confirmed until a month before the date of arrival. In these cases you can let us know that you want to stay and we will take your details, if you wish, so that we can get in touch with you on the date when your booking can be confirmed, if the property is still available. On that day we will begin to call applicants in the order in which they requested availability.

NOTICE for bookings less than 24 hours in advance: Please contact us by phone (0034 686795849) if you want to make a booking to arrive within less than 24 hours. This will enable us to serve you more rapidly and manage your booking as soon as possible.

Departure until 11:00

Please ask us if you wish to check in earlier or leave later, we will try to be flexible whenever possible.

Payment methods:

50% of the amount of the stay at the time of booking confirmation (a card details will be requested for collection).
50% at the time of key handover, in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation policy

Up to 10 days prior to arrival date: The client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid except 2% for commissions.
10 days or less prior to arrival or no show: The client is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Pets: Pets are not allowed. You can ask us if you want to come to another of our accommodations were they are welcome.

Cleaning: A free cleaning is included for stays longer than 7 nights. Additional cleaning can be requested at the client’s expense, being the extra cost of 30 euros.
