At ARTENATUR we request a deposit of at least 50% of your stay when you make your booking. The remaining amount, if any, must be paid when you arrive at your accommodation the very latest. If you cancel your booking, the amount we will refund will depend on how far in advance you cancel, based on the following:
- Cancellation 10 or more days before your planned arrival date: your deposit will be refunded (minus 2% commissions).
- Cancellation less than 10 days before your arrival date or you do not show up at the accommodation on the date and at the time agreed: you will not have the right to a refund of the deposit or the commissions.
In the case of a change of dates that implies a shorter stay than initially booked, the following criteria will also be taken into account:
- Cancellation of one or more nights with TEN or more days to the scheduled arrival date: The nights will be cancelled at no cost to the guest, provided that the minimum stay determined for each accommodation is still met.
- Cancellation of one or more nights NINE or less days prior to the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the nights cancelled will be charged, even if the reservation is still valid due to a modification in the dates. Likewise, the minimum stay indicated for each accommodation must be respected.
